In three coordinated group seminars, career starters learn how to master the start of their career.

1st Moudl: The secrets of the job search

In 3 learning units, I provide valuable tips on how to find and compare suitable jobs. We work out sensible and individual criteria for the job search and talk about the technical terms and hidden questions that are concealed in a job advertisement.

Learning objective: to be able to find and interpret suitable job advertisements independently, preparation of a telephone call to the company

Module 2: PAssing application documents

In 3 learning units, we work on the process of creating all application documents including CV, cover letter, cover sheet and letter of motivation. The focus is on writing appealing and relevant documents that match the job advertisement.

Learning objective: to be able to create a complete application folder independently and tailor it individually to the job advertisement, no scattered applications!

3rd module: Convincing in a job interview

In 4 learning units, we practise in the group how to present yourself in a job interview, from small talk to the killer questions about "biggest successes" or "salary question". We learn the basics of body language and self-presentation using story telling.

Learning objective: likeable, competent and trustworthy appearance with appropriate argumentation and body language, convincing with clear messages in the interview

Ideally, this course lasts approx. 3-6 weeks with one module per week in a constant group.
